“Staff was friendly the problem was at the bar..Orders were delayed.”

“We had a lovely stay, room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Some of the furnishings could do with an upgrade. Staff were were extremely helpful and freindly. Food was lovely. Unfortunately the phone in our room did not work. The staff were very thorough with cleaning and the pools etc., as we did have some big storms while we stayed, but that did not interrupt our enjoyment of staying. Just be aware the property is on a hill, so lots of slopes and steps.”

“This motel is a few hundered metres over the Zambia/Zimbabwe border so convenient if you cross late in the day and want to the avoid travelling South in the dark. The front desk had no record of my Expedia booking but were very helpful and did everything to make us welcome. The rooms are basic but clean with functioning air con. We ate in the hotel bar and the food is basic but functional. Not a destination but certainly served its purpose and the customer service was exceptional.”
